'ZALAR ART- A glance into my world. Artworks: Finished pieces &scrapbook snippets' is my first ever art-book showcasing an accumulation of many of my works; from commissioned pieces, album covers, book covers and my personalised work (some of which you will also see available as prints on my store). I am very proud of this first ever art-book, it is an ode to the many hours I have dedicated to my craft, something i will never stop progressing with and developing on. At the end of the book, you will also see an informally written piece upon what I think it means to love. I really hope you can enjoy flicking through this compact, A5 book; it is just the right size to pop into your pocket to take with you on your travels, and substantial enough to intrigue you in some way! I have attached just a glimpse of what is inside this mini book of many wonders. This book is a representation of the hundreds of hours it took in total to create all the pieces shown, it is a small little treasure, and it was made with my very own fingers- to be sent off and placed in your precious hands! I absolutely love this book of artworks and finished pieces by Zalar Art! I had been waiting to take a look at the artists artwork in more detail and I was not disappointed. It's filled with the most unique and thought provoking illustrations. I especially love the pen drawings mixed in with the vibrant paintings. The book also holds pieces that touch upon topics that we can all resonate with, the dance of words throughout the book, which really captured my attention and I found myself getting happily lost in the pages. I found myself being fascinated by the people that are drawn/painted in this book, each one with a story to be told. The personal note from the artist on the subject of love, was a nice surprise at the end. Can't wait for your next edition! Such an inspiring little book, a must have first edition!

Incredibly happy with my copy of this beautiful, compact yet vastly expressive book. The quality of the book is A+ with exquisite print of matt finish. Such a versatile, multi-media range of raw depictions and concepts relating to the integral human experience via illustrations throughout. Fantastically imaginative, light-hearted and fun, although grotesquely revealing, with a succinct and touching closing.

Ellie has truly outdone herself with her first ever art book. I’m honoured to say this has been my first art book purchase and I will treasure it for life. Not only is it environmentally conscious with the use of recycled paper but the contents absolutely blow my mind. Some may think an art book would be a quick read and then never pick it up again. That’s so wrong. I reach for Ellie’s art whenever I feel down, depleted creatively, for hope and reality and a life I have never lived/have lived a thousand times. Some pages have screamed Myself at me, some are completely alien - those ones I’m especially taking time to get to know. It’s an exploration, a journey, a thousand organisms and realities in 150 pages. PLUS there are written pieces that have replayed over and over in my head. All in all, Ellie’s a multitalented body of work within herself. I don’t know how she did it, but I will always be grateful for Ellie’s courage in sharing her art and brain with us. I can’t wait to get sucked into your second book <3 THANK YOU

The minute I opened the book, I couldn’t stop turning the pages. It is a beautifully curated book with stunning illustrations and heartfelt texts. The quality is excellent, and the book itself is a very handy size. I highly recommend it if you want a piece of the soul of this talented artist!
