This ORIGINAL A3 multimedia drawing of Fiona Apple was created using oil pastel, coloured pencil and fineliner. Representing Fiona on stage, performing with her 'calm rage'. I was highly inspired by the lyrics as follows that are sung throughout the song 'I want you to love me' (one of many fans favourites and one of the most popular songs:

"I move with the trees in the breeze

I know that time is elastic 

And I know when I go 

All my particles disband and disperse

And I'll be back in the pulse

And I know none of this will matter in the long run

But I know a sound is still a sound around no one"

I wanted to capture the breeze soaring through her when on stage, lifting her hair into a sweep and circling around her to represent her connection with herself, the stage and NATURE. A grounding force of a musician, and a living legend who I am so grateful for existing, Here is to Fiona Apple and here is the ORIGINAL drawing I have created, just for one of you!
